Facebook Is The Key To Immediate Network Marketing Success

This will be the 1st of a multi part article on utilizing Facebook as a  primary means of your network marketing campaign.

If you are new to network marketing, the number one thing you can immediately do to achieve immediate success is build a network of friends on Facebook.  Request your friends, family, and other networker marketers with whom you have something in common.  Think of your Facebook page as a small town and if you fill your small town you will have 5,000 people in your town.  Now imagine being able to advertise to those 5,000 people as often as you for absolutely free.  When your Facebook page is full, you open up a new page and you begin building another small town and when you have that page full, you then have 10,000 people that you can advertise to absolutely free.

When advertising and promoting on Facebook, you must keep that nobody likes spam, so don't immediately begin sending personal messages to everyone on your friends list and continuously bombard them with your business opportunity.  Facebook limits the number of messages you can send out and after enough complaints they will either eliminate your ability to message, or worse yet, close your account down, which is why I prefer to use my profile wall.  It goes out to to my entire friends list on their home page and although it is less personal, it is in my opinion much more effective.  Why?  Because you can create a feeding frenzy.  If you are articulate and creative and you draw interest, you will draw responses, as people respond, others will become curious as nobody wants to be the one person that missed out on the next great opportunity.  As you update your audience, be sure to contact a few other team members of the business you are promoting and ask them to stop by your page and leave a comment to get the comments rolling.

Now it is important to remember that you do not want to be known as a 1 trick pony, which is why it is important to draw interest to your page.  You can do this in a variety of ways and I try and utilize as many as possible in keeping people interested in what is happening on my page so they will keep coming back.  I would post useful information but not just limited to network marketing, as you find information of important in any aspect of life, post it on your wall.  People enjoy humor, so if you hear a funny joke, share it with others.  I like to include photos with my posts and I search diligently for just the right one to include with my post.  Music is a strong bond between many people, so find some of your absolute favorites on YouTube and share them on your Facebook page, as comments come in, you begin to create a stronger bond and thus begin forming a relationship which leads to trust and then as you begin to promote your business, you have a stronger chance your friends will show interest in your business.  Some other areas of strong influence are motivation, religion, quotes, and the list could go on and on, but what I am getting at is leave people wanting to know what you are going to have to say next.

Remember, if you continuously bore people, or become known for forcing your business on people, they will begin to ignore your posts, and worse yet, they might eliminate you from their friends list.

Facebook is a powerful networking tool and you should utilize it to the maximum potential possible, which means being very calculated in how you operate your site and what you post on your wall.
